  Byron takes pride in his work. We recently purchased a 9 year old used minivan. The interior was in dire need of cleaning as the carpets and headliner had multiple stains throughout. Byron and his team spent several hours shampooing the carpets and cleaning the headliner. Unfortunately, Byron felt that no matter how hard he tried, the carpets would still never meet his high standards of cleanliness. He recommended that we have the carpets changed and didn't charge us a dime. Trust me I tried but he still would not except any payment for his hours of work done. He still got it much cleaner than we ever could have. He definitely strives for customer satisfaction and lives by his motto of honesty and integrity.

  Time waster should be the name, does not even respond to phone call, text or emails Update - Before writing this review I sent another text to see if get a response - didnt get as expected. As soon as I write this review I get message on FB in 5 minutes - asking for my phone number. The owner called and gave some excuses and said to take this review down. I am not taking it down - it is what it is. It feels the facility needs to hire a few more people - oh well.
